COME Account & Safety

COME App Login Help for Users in India

Solve COME login and OTP problems by checking network, +91 mobile format, dual SIM, phone time, app version and account safety.

Short answer: Check the internet connection, India mobile-number format, the SIM receiving the OTP, automatic date and time, and the installed COME version. Do not request many OTPs in a row, and never share an OTP, password or UPI PIN with support.

A login failure does not automatically mean the app must be reinstalled. Keep the current installation and account data while you work through the checks.

1. Confirm the network works

Open a familiar website in the browser. If COME keeps loading, switch once between mobile data and a trusted Wi-Fi network, close an unfamiliar VPN, check Data Saver restrictions and reopen the app.

Do not uninstall simply because the first login attempt failed.

2. Check the mobile number and OTP

India country code

If the login screen already selects India, it may add +91 automatically. Do not type it twice. If the form asks for an international number, follow the exact format shown by the current screen.

Dual-SIM phones

Confirm the SIM registered with COME is in the phone, has signal and can receive SMS. Check whether the inbox or spam filter is blocking verification messages.

Request frequency

Wait for the on-screen countdown before requesting another OTP. Multiple codes can arrive out of order, and repeated requests may trigger a temporary limit. Use the newest valid code only in the login screen you opened.

3. Check date, time and app version

Set Android date, time and time zone to automatic. A clock difference can make login tokens or secure connections fail.

An older app build may no longer communicate correctly. Read how to update COME APK safely and use the current Android page. Do not install a look-alike app from a search result just because login is not working.

ProblemCheck first
OTP not receivedCountry code, registered SIM, signal, filtering and request frequency
OTP invalidWhether it is an older code and whether phone time is correct
Screen keeps loadingNetwork, VPN, Data Saver and app version
Account not foundNumber format, registered number and whether this is the correct app
Too many attemptsStop repeating the action and wait for the limit to clear

4. What to share with support

When using the COME support page, you can safely provide the phone model, Android version, displayed COME version, approximate error time, network type and a screenshot with personal information hidden.

Do not provide an OTP, password, UPI PIN, card verification code or full identity-document image through an unverified channel. Anyone asking to receive the OTP or take remote control of the screen should be treated as unsafe.

Questions and answers

Why is the COME OTP taking a long time?

Carrier delay, weak signal, roaming, SMS filtering or too many requests may be involved. Wait for the countdown before requesting another code.

OTP nahi aa raha—sabse pehle kya check karun?

Hinglish answer: Country code, registered SIM, signal, SMS filtering and request frequency check karo. Dual-SIM phone mein correct SIM active hona chahiye.

Can I log in after changing phones?

That depends on the current account flow. Keep the registered number and supported recovery method available before moving devices.

Can support ask for my OTP?

Do not provide it. An OTP is a one-time login credential and can be used to access your account.
