Read the failed order’s details
Find the failed withdrawal in COME’s transaction history and note the exact reason, if one is shown. Keep the order number, amount, request time and a screenshot of the status together.
Do not assume every failure has the same cause. Account information, a receiving-detail problem, an eligibility message or a payment-processing issue may need different handling. Use the reason attached to your own request rather than a general explanation from another user.
If the app still says pending, follow pending withdrawal help. If it says successful but no credit appears, use the missing-credit guide.
Check the amount and account record
Review the app’s balance and transaction history after the failure. Look for an entry linked to the same order showing what happened to the requested amount. Do not assume that the money has already returned just because the withdrawal is marked failed.
If the records are unclear, ask Customer Center to explain the failed order and the associated balance entry. Include the relevant screenshots and avoid starting another request while you are unsure which amount is available.
Where the app shows an eligibility or minimum-amount condition, read the current terms in your account. If you disagree with the condition or do not understand it, ask for an explanation before taking further action.
Check receiving details without guessing
Compare the receiving details on the failed order with the account you intended to use. If a name, account number or other required field is wrong, record what needs correcting.
The Customer Center includes bank-account assistance and a change-request tool. Ask how to correct the saved details through that process. Do not send a new withdrawal to the same incorrect destination as a test, and do not assume that changing saved details will alter an already submitted order.
If the message concerns account verification, complete only the verification requested inside the app’s own account flow. Never give a password, OTP or banking PIN to someone offering a manual fix.
Use Withdrawal Issues for the failed order
- Open the COME account menu and select Contact CS.
- Enter Customer Center and find Withdrawal Issues or My Tickets.
- Select the failed order where it appears in the issue selector.
- Provide the error wording and a concise description of what happened.
- If the order is missing from the tool, use Live Chat with its order number and screenshot.
Ask two separate questions when needed: why the request failed, and how its amount is reflected in the account. Keep any response or case number so you can follow up without repeating the entire history.
Before considering another request
Check that the identified issue has been resolved and that the relevant account record is clear. A later request is a new order; it does not change the outcome of the failed one.
Do not send additional money or place more bets because someone says it will release the failed withdrawal. Use Customer Center to clarify the actual account conditions and support options.
If support asks you to try again after a correction, review the new request carefully and keep its separate order number. If the same error returns, update the existing case with that result instead of repeatedly retrying. See the withdrawal checklist for the fields to review.
Your questions, answered.
Does a failed status mean the money has returned to my balance?
Check the related balance and transaction entries. If the amount’s status is unclear, ask Customer Center to explain it before submitting another request.
Can I fix the failure by changing my bank account?
Only if the issue actually concerns those details. Use the app’s bank-account help or change-request process; do not assume a saved-detail change modifies an existing order.
What should I send to Withdrawal Issues?
Send the failed order number, amount, request time, exact reason and a relevant screenshot through the in-app support route.
