How to install COME APK on Android

Have you already downloaded the APK?

If you do not have the file yet, start with the COME Android download page. Its button opens an external app entry; choose the Android file option there and wait for the browser to finish downloading.

If the completed APK is already on your phone, continue with the preparation and installation steps below. If COME is already installed and you want a newer version, use the update guide while keeping that installation.

Prepare your Android phone

• Confirm that the device uses Android. An APK cannot be installed as an iPhone app.
• Compare the requirements shown with the file with Settings → About phone.
• Leave room for both the downloaded file and the installed app; installation can require more free space than the file size.
• Keep the download tab available until the file finishes. A stable connection helps avoid incomplete downloads.
• If you already have a COME account, keep access to its original login method.

Find the completed download

1. Open your browser’s Downloads list or the Downloads folder in your phone’s file manager.
2. Locate the file you just downloaded and check that its progress indicator has finished.
3. Compare the app name and any release details with the download page you used.
4. Keep that completed file ready for the installer steps below.

A webpage, image or compressed archive is not the same as an APK. Do not rename a different file type to make it look installable. If the download was interrupted, remove only the incomplete downloaded file and get a fresh copy from the same entry.

Install the completed file

1. Tap the completed APK in Downloads or the phone’s file manager to open Android’s installer.
2. If Android asks whether your browser or file manager can install apps, review the specific source named in the prompt. Wording varies by phone; grant installation permission only for the source and file you intended to use.
3. Return to the installer and check the app name before selecting Install.
4. Wait for Android to finish, then select Open or Done, as offered by your phone.
5. Turn off that browser or file manager’s permission to install unknown apps afterward if you no longer need it.

Keep Play Protect and other system protection enabled. If Android reports harmful behavior or an unexpected identity, stop and check the source. Installation permission is separate from the permissions COME may request when you open it.

Open COME and check the next screen

Choose Open when installation finishes, or use the COME icon in your app list. Give the first screen time to load. If it remains blank, check your connection and try reopening the app once.

Review each permission request in context. A permission prompt does not need to be accepted simply because it appears. If you already have an account, use your existing account details rather than creating another account to solve an access problem.

If installation stops

• The file has not finished downloading: use download-entry and transfer checks.
• Android’s installer shows an error: keep the exact wording and use installation troubleshooting.
• The new file conflicts with the installed app: keep that app and follow update-conflict help.
• COME opens, but login fails: use password, OTP and account-access help.

For support, keep your phone model, Android version, download time and the exact error. If another COME session is available, use Contact CS → Customer Center there; otherwise read the available support routes and limits. Do not include passwords or codes in screenshots.
